Time for Health Alliance
We are a group of women exercise professionals who provide provide Pilates and Yoga classes. We believe exercise should be both fun and safe. So we specialize in running small classes (14 maximum) which you join after filling in health form and discussing your health concerns with one of us.
We believe this set up will allow you to get the most out of your chosen class.

PILATES CLASSES
Morning Pilates with Jo
10.00am to 11.00am
Starting Tuesday 23rd September 2025
Jo practices a disciplined but enjoyable form of Pilates.
She trained under Michael North, and is a well known presenter often working with her partner Brooks Williams.
Jo limits class size to 14 so that you all receive personal attention.
Evening Pilates with Anouska
7.00pm to 8.15pm
Starting 10th September 2025
Anouska practices a classical form of Pilates.
Anouska limits class size to 14 so that you all receive personal attention.
YOGA CLASSES
Wednesday Evening Yoga with Rebecca
7.30pm to 9.05pm

Rebecca practices an ecletic mix of Hatha Yoga.
Tuesday Morning Yoga with Rebecca
9.45am to 11.15pm
Starting September 2025
Rebecca practices Hatha Yoga, sometimes incorporating Quigong practice.
Morning Yoga with Sonya
10.00am to 11.30am
Starting 18th September 2025
Sonya practices a classical form of Hatha Yoga.
